Dear Jerry,
Hope you had a successful trip to Hong-Kong and are enjoying being back
home. It sounds like you do a lot of traveling. Marion
Bean
Karchner suggested that you stop and visit the Pope sometime on your escapades.
I might suggest seeing a few leaders in the Middle-East and telling them we want
to be around for our class reunion in 2003.
Hey, you ended up living in Las Vegas. This is my old stompin'-ground.
After graduating from high school, I moved to Las Vegas and worked at a plant in
Henderson - Titanium Corp. and eventually met and married my wife, Karen, a
native of Las Vegas. Mine and Karen's parents lived in Las Vegas, so we made
many a trip from Sacramento to Las Vegas to visit.
Now my granddaughter and her husband, who graduated from BYU, live in
Henderson where he works for Del Webb. Also, my nephew owns a manufacturing
plant on Commerce Street where he refills and sells printer ink cartridges. You
might stop and see him some time: Randy Runnells, 810 So. Commerce St..
Jerry, this was a great idea by you to add a web-site for our class reunion
and for an update on our classmates. It was great to get a phone call from
Marion
Bean
Karchner and talk with her and to browse the biographies on the website.
Thanks for adding my biography - I hope to add some future interesting
information and some pictures. If anyone of our classmates come to the
Sacramento area, we would love to visit and show them around.
Keep in touch - Barry
